Two angels are in pursuit of the wagon. The heading is: Wheat Bitters prepared by Wheat Bitters Company, New York. In small print at the bottom right is: A royal appetizer - health for the nation. The reverse of the card states that Wheat Bitters is "a blood, brain and nerve food. The best tonic and strengthening bitters in the market." It is a remedy for dyspepsia, jaundice, fever, malaria, constipation, neuralgia, female complaints and more.
