In very tiny print on the lower left corner are the words: Cosack & Co., Buffalo, N.Y. On the reverse of the card is the caption, "Call Her May." Burdock Blood Bitters cures stomach ailments, dyspepsia, sleeplessness, constipation, liver and kidney ailments, blood diseases, weakness and nervousness. Testimonials included. Foster, Milburn & Co., Buffalo, N.Y. Sold by Fred W. Boulton, Druggist, 135 Main St., Spencer, Mass.
