Dr. Jayne's Tonic Vermifuge cures maladies such as low spirits, restlessness, and sour stomach; combined with Dr. Jayne's Sanative Pills the remedies are effective for curing gastrointestinal upsets. Dr. Jayne's Tonic Vermifuge is also advertised as a remedy for destroying worms in children.
