county home, which is to be built at
Barium Springs. The plans call for

Directly in front of the dining hall
will be the building for the white in-

rooms will be made to accommodate

There will be locker rooms, toilet and

for the inmates will be two stories
high, while the dining hall will be
only one story with a basement.
To the right of the dining hall and
facing the north will be situated the
Insane asylum, and directly opposite
the dining room, facing the south,

present plans call for two cottages

be erected at some future date, and
will be erected on the opposite

All the buildings will be of brick,
and will be modern and up to date in

The plans will be completed within
