I took this photo while on special assignment, it is of little Lloyd and her father while he was on a visit with his mother "Fluffy" Mrs. and Lt. Gen. Frank A. Armstrong, Commander of the Alaskan Command, Elmendorf AFB, AK [I remember this was my first introduction to him, there was at least one other time we met, here his rank is 1st Lieutenant, as I recall his next visit was when he was enroute for reassignment in Germany as a Captain.
