THIS PHOTO AND MANY OTHERS WERE TAKEN BY ME WHILE STATIONED AT ELMENDORF AFB FROM 1959-1962. I HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF BEING THE PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHER FOR GEN. ARMSTRONG AND HIS WIFE VERNAL "FLUFFY" THEY WERE FINE PEOPLE, IT WAS ADMIRABLE OF THEM TO ACCEPT THE TASK OF REARING THEIR LITTLE GRANDDAUGHTER LLOYD! SHE WAS DRESSED IN PINK MORE THAN ANY OTHER COLOR; AS "FLUFFY" LOVED PINK! IT WAS FOUND THROUGHOUT THE RESIDENCE FROM KITCHEN TO SANTA CLAUSE! I HOPE I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU LLOYD. I AM CURIOUS IF YOU KNEW THE GENERAL'S AIDE DE CAMP, MAJOR EASTERLING AND HIS WIFE FRANCES?
