Description: Personal correspondence from Arctic explorer Vilhjalmur Stefansson to Inglis Fletcher. Of note is the mention that Stefansson received $750 from [Harold] Noice and his plan to give half the money to Ada Blackjack "as a moral right, not a legal" one. Blackjack was the sole survivor of the Wrangel Island Expedition which Stefansson organized. Both Noice and Stefansson profited off Blackjack's diary using it to write books and gain notoriety.
