In my family, it is important that you have a sense of humor; it comes in handy when you’re making a funny moment even funnier or if you need something to lighten the mood on a rough day. I can always count on my family to figure out what I need. When I think of love and acceptance, I think of my immediate family and that includes my mother and my sister. These are two women who help me become a better version of myself and allow me to live my truth every single day of my life, and it is only fair that I do the same for them."
