Description: A set of two dental plugger points in a small S.S. White cardboard box. Dental plugger points could be attached to automatic mallets or cone-socket handles. Pluggers were used for applying filling material. All of the pluggers are nickel plated iron, except one which is unknown. This object has a total of three parts: a. Plugger inscribed "EXC 112"; b. Plugger inscribed "EXC 112"; c. Cardboard box. The front of the box has a manufacturer's mark that reads "TRADEMARK, S.S. WHITE, REG. IN U.S. PAT. OFF. & ELSEWHERE" and bears the Samuel Stockton White maker's mark. The back of the box has handwritten notes: "2 #17 1ea 3-95-14, 1/2 cs excavators, S.S.W."
