Description: A set of seven dental plugger points in a small S.S. White cardboard box. Dental plugger points could be attached to automatic mallets or cone-socket handles. Pluggers were used for applying filling material. All of the pluggers are nickel plated iron, except one which is unknown. This object has a total of eight parts: a. Plugger inscribed "S.S.W., ROY, 5"; b. Plugger inscribed "S.S.W., U.S.OF A., EXC, 17"; c. Plugger inscribed "18"; d. Plugger inscribed "S.S.W., EXC, 95"; e. Plugger inscribed "S.S.W., EXC, 18"; f. Plugger inscribed "N"; g. Plugger inscribed "41", made of a darker steel. The front of the box has a manufacturer's mark that reads "TRADEMARK, S.S. WHITE,REG. IN U.S. PAT. OFF. & ELSEWHERE" and bears the Samuel Stockton White maker's mark.
