Description: Phil Brinkley of the SBI, works his dog "Liberty" to sniff out flammable accelerants at the Greenville office. The dog is holding her paw on the brick where the chemical was placed. "Liberty" is part of the SBI arson investigation unit and can sometimes sniff chemicals smaller than the lab can detect.
