Papers (1917-1919) consisting of diary describing camp activities, letter, proposal.
"A New and Correct Map of the Province of North Carolina by Edward Moseley, late surveyor general of the said province 1733," showing settlements, inhabitants, soil conditions, rivers, and principal products, with insets showing "Port Brunswick or Cape Fear Harbour," "Port Beaufort or Topsail Inlet," "Ocacock (Ocracoke) Inlet," "Explanation," and "Directions for Ocacock (Ocracoke) Inlet". Imperial folio sheets, pasted on linen backing (probably in 18th century) with some insect damage and repairs, and some loss of information. Framed dimensions: 50-1/4" x 62-1/2". Scale: 1" = 5 miles. This collection includes a copy of a typescript of the autobiographical sketch written in 1893 by Eastern North Carolina physician and educator Richard Henry Lewis, Sr. (1832-1917). It refers to important family history in his background and describes important events in his life up until 1893.

The WVOT (Radio Station: Wilson, N.C.) Collection is a scrapbook (1947-1948) containing identified photographs and newspaper clippings documenting the organization and early development of a private radio station in Wilson, N.C. At the time, Wilson was well-known for its tobacco warehouses. The photographs depict the station's founders and special events involving the radio station as well as views of Wilson and its tobacco warehouses and business district.

Jackson, a student at Wake Forest College, including names of the original members, pastors, and changes of name and location over the years, including Pitt Swift Creek Baptist Church, 1808; Handcock Baptist Church, 1808-1883; Antioch Baptist Church, 1883-1907; and Winterville Baptist Church, 1907-.
Papers (1941-1945) related to Shipfitter First Class Mariano Albert Bellitteri's service on board the USS Miami including radio press releases, newsletter, yearbook, photographs, discharge papers, "plank ownership" certificate, and a brass ashtray from the USS Miami.
This collection contains nine cased daguerreotypes and ambrotypes (and one ambrotype missing the case) of images that come from the White family of White's Mill and then later nearby Spartanburg, South Carolina. Images are probably from the 1850s and 1860s and include individual images of young boys, young girls, a woman, two images of the same woman, and an enslaved or formerly enslaved African American woman holding a white baby. The images were found among the effects of John Hamlin "Hamp" White (deceased November 23, 1949), son of Alexander Lawrence White (1860-1942). Hamp White was married to Mary Erwin, the aunt of the donor.
This donation contains material (1968-1995) collected by Walter Charles Lackey and his wife Mildred Futrell Lackey documenting their involvement in the Murfreesboro Historical Association. Included are a photograph album containing images of the 1980 Dedication of Wheeler House and the 1977 Lafayette Ball, 1981 Lafayette Ball programs, clippings (1968-1979), the History of Murfreesboro United Methodist Church (1976), invocation and history of Wesleyan Female College upon unveiling of a historical marker, "Memories of Murfreesboro" compiled August 1992 by the Recollections Committee of the Murfreesboro Historical Assoc., and three publications.
Papers of father and son physicians Zebulon M. Caveness and William F. Caveness. The papers consist mainly of books of medical school notes; medical correspondence, certificates, and documents; a patient ledger from Zebulon M. Caveness; and a Curriculum Vitae from William F. Caveness.
