This collection contains materials about the administration of Steven Ballard.
Steven Ballard served as chancellor of East Carolina University from 2004-2016. In 2011, he oversaw the opening of ECU's School of Dental Medicine. Since stepping down from the chancellorship, Ballard has served as a professor in the Department of Political Science and as the director of the BB&T Center for Leadership Development. Ballard grew up in Galesburg, Illinois and holds degrees from the University of Arizona and Ohio State University.
