Biographical/historical information

Charles Henry Peete was born 1878 November 24 to Richard Samuel Fennell and Catherine Jane (Nicholson) Peete. He married Lucy Pettway Jones in 1918 and they had William, Nancy, Charles Jr., and Jane. Peete attended the Warrenton Military Academy and went to the University of Virginia. He graduated from medical school in 1903 with high honors and served during World War I and II as a surgeon. He died 1959 August 19.
