  • Biographical / Historical Note

    Greek life officially began with the formation of fraternities during the 1950s. Sororities followed soon thereafter, after a series of meetings and debates chronicled in the student newspaper.

    The Forum/Olympian was a irregulary published newsletter sponsored by members of East Carolina's Greek community. There were only three issues printed during its publication run.
