Deposition sworn (2/2/1837) before Acting Justice Oliver Hearing, Lenoir County, NC and several witnesses, concerning the fourth corner of a tract of land patented by William White, containing 300 acres; that the read [red] oak was the established corner when he tuck [took] a deed for said land.
