Description
Greenville Mayor W. L. Whedbee buys the first broom and mat from the Lions Club Vice-President Ben Rouse. The Lions Club intends to sell 1200 brooms in door to door sales with the proceeds going to sight conservation and aid to the blind programs. Date from negative sleeve.
