Description
For fun some children in Greenville got together and constructed a tower of discarded aluminum soft drink cans. Mary Joanne (Cox)(top) with the help of her brothers and sisters, and some neighbors, in about a half-hour stacked 164 cans to a height of 36 cans tall. Ilana Mellenbaum (bottom), a neighbor helper looks on. The children are saving the cans to sell for scrap aluminum.
