Abstract:

"A Wilmington couple dives deep to spear invasive lionfish off North Carolina's coast - then serves the catch at their restaurant." Lionfish have no known natural predators locally. They eat almost everything, including juvenile fish before they have a chance to reproduce. Sarah and James Doss serve this interesting fish at their Wilmington restaurant, Rx Chicken & Oysters.
