Abstract:
'In Tyrrell County, natural beauty, sparse population and structural limits create a place rich in appeal -- but thin on opportunity." With a population of 3,500, Tyrrell is North Carolina's least populous counties. 43% of Tyrrell's land is owned by the government. Development here is hamstringed, owing to a lack of infrastructural, natural and statutorial limitations.
