The Cupola House

Abstract:
Built in 1758, the house was put on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971. It's famed interior woodwork was removed in 1918 and purchased by the Brooklyn Museum. In 2026, that same woodwork is being returned to the Cupola House for reinstallation. The project is to be completed by the end of the year.
