Abstract:
The NC Wildlife Resource Commission provides technical guidance and other resources to manage and prevent conflicts with wildlife. North Carolina's rich biodiversity hints that encounters with wildlife for many are part of daily life; however, in recent year three particular sightings have left many puzzled. These include black bears exploring suburbs, alligators roaming in areas far from their natural range and coyotes.
