Marcus smith and Rick Hendrick will open the Ten Tenths Motor Club this coming April. This will be on a 100 acre complex net to the Charlotte Motor Speedway and will include a 1.7 mile lighted road course with 20,000 square foot special events center, member garages and other additions.
