Abstract:

" Jacksoncille USO has been 'always by their side' for nearly 80 years." It is the oldest continuously operating USO in the world. Althoguh Congressionally chartered, it's a private entity and not part of the federal government, receiving its funding from organizations, corporations and individuals.
