Abstract:

NC State has earned a reputation in advanced aseptic food processing and packaging that is challenging widely used sterilization processes and conventional thinking on nutritional value attached to processed foods. A number of North Carolina companies are suing the new technology including 1in6 Snacks and Yamco.
