This article is a features about Martin County baseball back to the 1920's. Farm Life pitcher, Evan Perry, father of Hall of Famer, Gaylord Perry, and Major League pitcher, Jim Perry and Raymond Henry Stalls, of the Everetts community, were both talents in 'County League Baseball.' The love of baseball passed down the Raymond Henry Stalls family when by the 1940's he was joined on the roster by three of his sons.
