A court case for partition of estate of Edward Rhem, who died intestate in 1835 in Craven Co., NC leaving brothers and sisters: Jacob Rhem; William B. Rhem; Susan wife of Joseph Kinsey; John Rhem; Amos Rhem; Hannah West; Elizabeth Simmons; Christianne Foscue; and Melcher Rhem. The numerous descendants of Edward Rhem’s brothers and sisters, all named, want partition made.
