On Oct. 26, 1772, Mary Dawson , of Craven Co., sold l150 acres to Thomas Delamar, of Craven Co., land on which Delamar now lives; being land granted William Mitchell by Patent dated Dec. 6, 1720, which fell by heirship to his daughter, Mary Dawson.
