Sarah Tyson died intestate in 1857. Her next of kin were Oliver Beddard and wife; Sarah A. Cox wife of Joseph Cox; Harlan (Holland) wife of Abner Smith live out of State); Sophia wife of M. T. Hart; and Phenettie Hart.
