Abstract:

Fred Loving (d. 1856) was common law married? first to Dorcas Brewer (d. 1878) and had three daughters. They separated and Fred Loving moved to New Hanover Co., NC and married in 1845 to Margaret Pridgen. They had a daughter, Jane Loving (b. 1853) who married in 1869 to Calvin Reaves.
