On Sept. 7, 1824, Wyatt and Macon Moye, of Greene County, NC sold to Thomas Latham deeds of trust on 166 acres north of the Tar River, set apart to John and Jane Bland, by the division of her father’s land, and sold by John Bland to Thomas Latham.
