Simon Whitehurst, b. Nov. 27, 1755 in Princess Anne Co., VA; lived in Beaufort Co., NC when called into service and stayed there until 1794. He lived first in Hancock Co., GA, then in Montgomery Co., GA and then by 1834 lived in Telfair Co., GA.
