In 1857, Henry W. Brown, B. W. Brown, John Brown and wife Martha (Patsey), William Shivers and wife Elizabeth M. C., of Pitt County and Alfred Moore and wife Elizabeth (Betsy) of Martin County, sold their right and interest in the Hunter Buck land owned by Eddie Brown, dec’d.
