Abstract:

Oct. 16, 1837, John Davenport, of Pitt County, sold to his brother, Charles Davenport, of Pitt County, all the land and negroes left to my mother in the Will of my grandfather, Charles Rollins. Sept. 15, 1845, Charles Davenport, James S. Davenport, George Davenport of Pitt County sold to Theophilus Davenport 90 acres.
