Abstract:

Fred Klein, one of the Senior Managing Partners for Childress Klein Properties Inc. has helped structurally build Charlotte. His partnership team has emerged as the dominant developer in the Charlotte area, for it is responsible for the construction of such buildings as the Charlotte Plaza, the One First Union center, and the Duke Energy Center.
