Abstract:
This bulletin summarizes and analyses provisions of the new legislation that require risk-based assessment and risk-based corrective action at contaminated petroleum underground storage tank sites. It reviews temporary rules that implement risk-based assessment and corrective action on an interim basis and discusses the current status of agency implementation of the new legislation.
