Abstract:

The North Carolina Downtown Development Association is a group of planners, developers and city officials who are working to revitalize downtown areas in cities across the state. Godwin examines downtown projects in the following cities: Asheville, Charlotte, Durham, Greensboro, Raleigh, Wilmington, and Winston-Salem.
