Abstract:
Claxton Johnson opened Johnson's Drive-In in 1946 in Siler City and for the next sixty-four years the specialty of the house has been his cheeseburgers, which have developed a devoted following. Two other items, hot dogs and toasted cheese sandwiches, make up the rest of the menu.
