Abstract:

Thomas Bowman Brewer is the sixth Chancellor of East Carolina University. He followed Leo Jenkins who led the University for eighteen years. Brewer earned his doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania and was a Dean at Texas Christian University prior to coming to ECU.
