Abstract:
Zimmerman argues that there is a positive correlation between the electoral system and the responsiveness of a governing body to its citizens. In light of changing times, reassessment of the electoral system is warranted and discussed in this article.

Currently, North Carolina only has one anti-littering law--$50 maximum fine to litter. However, this law is difficult to enforce. Morgan offers advice for preventing littering in North Carolina to preserve the land for future generations.
