Raleigh native Ally Baker is ranked number one among 14-year-old tennis players in the country. She is also at present the highest-ranked female player to come out of the state. To improve her skills and have a chance at a tennis career, Baker recently moved to Boca Raton, Florida, to attend the Chris Evert Tennis Academy.

Abstract:
Since 1997, North Carolina juries have sentenced four drunken drivers to life without parole after they caused fatal crashes. Depending on the outcome of a state Supreme Court appeals case, juries in the state may soon be ready and able to put drunk drivers who kill to death row.
