Few Republican candidates have won elections in Chapel Hill since the early-1990s. Chapel Hill is considered a liberal town, making it difficult for the Republicans to gain ground among voters. Hopscotch Design--a multidisciplinary visual communication studio--will hold its second annual festival on September 9 and 10, 2015.
