There are conflicting stories surrounding the sale of North Carolina State University's Hofmann Forest. It centers on a leaked, controversial prospectus showing 9,000 acres of the forest would be developed for commercial and residential development. The prospective buyer, Illinois agri-businessman Jerry Walker, and the seller, NC State University, each claim that the prospectus is the other's doing.

In this second of a two-part story, Tucker examines the High Point Community Against Violence program. The program is co-run by community members and the police. Working with the program, \"the police department has developed an approach that has reduced the rate of domestic violence in the city.\" The program could be a model for the state in deterring domestic violence.
