East Carolina University's Dr. Michael Lang states that access remains a problem because there aren't enough providers.

Parker Boyd experiences his first semester as a full time student at East Carolina University. Parker Boyd experienced a boating accident in 2022, which resulted in the partial amputation of his right leg. Parker has not let any obstacles stand in his way. He strives every day to be a conscientious student while still chasing his dream of being a collegiate baseball player.
