As a New Jersey high school student, Andrew Dembicks became interested in plastics. He went on to study mechanical engineering, and in 1963 went to work for one of the big-name manufacturers of plastic materials. In 1973, he moved to Raleigh and established his company Southern Case Inc., which manufactures plastic tool cases. Adams profiles the company's progress.
