Mrs. Elizabeth Brown Driver, b. Oct. 3, 1801 in Pitt Co., NC, d. Aug. 2, 1889 in Pitt Co., NC, dau. of Benjamin and Elizabeth Brown. She moved to Alabama in 1835 and married there in 1840 to John C. Driver. She moved back to Pitt County in 1867.
