Valle Jones and Lee Ventura are co-owners of Indra group LLC, a real estate company established by Ventura in 1996. The company is also the Research Triangle's only women-owned development firm. Development is an area usually dominated by men. Currently the company is developing SouthCourt, a $20 million, mixed-use project in Durham.

A 1981 survey indicated that 28 percent of all managers and administrators in the business world are women; however, their average salary was 61 percent of what their male counterparts were earning. Four women executives from the Research Triangle Area discuss some insights into how they reached their current position, how they find life now, and how they view women as \"bosses.\"
