The Reynolds family’s intended purpose for their ancestral home was transformed with the Surgeon General’s landmark edict about smoking. From Reynolda becoming more than preservation site for the family’s history, Winston-Salem gained another venue for renown, housed in the former R.J Reynolds headquarters.
