/Grow/ and /Emergence/ are programs for students of all ages that would like to garden and grow their own fresh fruits and vegetables, or for those who plan to make an income based off of farming in the future.
Master gardeners, or those who work to spread knowledge and improve gardens throughout the state, dedicate their time to various projects across the state.
Helping individuals improve garden quality at all stages is Coastal Landscapes Initiative. Encouraging nature-friendly landscaping practices, CLI’s booklet includes information about native plants adaptable and appealing. The thirty-four species included Eastern Red Cedar, Coral Honeysuckle, and Spotted Horsemint.
