Blue Bell Inc, with headquarters and manufacturing plants in Greensboro, and others plants in Stokesdale and Lenoir, as well as plants in seven other states, ranks as one of the leading garment producers in the country. Primarily a maker of work clothes until after World War II, the company has diversified to make clothing for the entire family.

Edwin A. Morris has held many positions with Blue Bell, Inc. during his forty-year career with the company, the last being chairman and CEO.
